Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current or eligible Speech-Language Pathology license in Delaware
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; CFY candidates considered
• Previous experience in a school setting strongly preferred
• Solid knowledge of evidence-based assessment and intervention techniques
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with students, teachers, and families

Primary Responsibilities:

• Evaluate students to assess speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Provide direct therapy to students individually and in small groups
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to collaborative problem-solving
• Maintain accurate records and progress reports in line with school and state requirements
• Consult with teachers and staff to develop classroom strategies for student success
• Engage in professional development to remain current with best practices
