Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
  • Previous experience with pediatric and/or school-aged populations preferred
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as a valued member of a multidisciplinary team

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations to diagnose speech and language disorders
  • Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to students’ unique needs
  • Deliver engaging, goal-oriented therapy sessions
  • Accurately track and document progress with attention to detail
  • Cooperate closely with fellow professionals to ensure comprehensive, coordinated student care
  • Partner with families to keep them involved and informed throughout the therapy process
