Qualifications & Experience Needed:
- Valid licensure for Speech-Language Pathology in California
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
- Previous experience working within a school setting is preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively with students, staff, and families
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to identify speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Deliver direct therapy in individual and group settings
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services and progress
- Collaborate with teachers, counselors, parents, and other professionals as part of the multidisciplinary school team
- Attend and participate in IEP meetings and related school events
