Qualifications & Experience Needed:

• Valid licensure for Speech-Language Pathology in California
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
• Previous experience working within a school setting is preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively with students, staff, and families

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to identify speech, language, and communication needs
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Deliver direct therapy in individual and group settings
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services and progress
• Collaborate with teachers, counselors, parents, and other professionals as part of the multidisciplinary school team
• Attend and participate in IEP meetings and related school events
