Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Milpitas, CA

Required Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) required
• Current licensure to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist in California
• Experience or strong interest in working with elementary-aged students
• Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and support staff
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assess speech, language, and communication abilities and develop individualized treatment plans for students
• Deliver evidence-based speech and language interventions to help students achieve their communication goals
• Document progress, maintain timely records, and create detailed reports in compliance with school and state guidelines
• Consult with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support students’ academic and social progress
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute insights to guide student supports and strategies
• Foster a positive, inclusive environment that empowers students and builds confidence
