We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to support a vibrant K-6th population throughout the 2026-2027 school year. This part-time contract role is designed for two days per week, starting at the end of August and continuing through the remainder of the school year. You’ll work with a growing caseload and collaborate with a supportive educational team.

Candidates who hold their SLP-CCC are strongly preferred, but those with school-based experience as Clinical Fellows or Speech-Language Pathology Assistants will also be considered. Desired Qualifications:

  • Valid Delaware Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license, or eligibility to obtain
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) preferred, though CFs with relevant school experience are welcome to apply
  • Experience supporting K-6 students in a school-based setting
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities
  • SLPA candidates with school background may be reviewed

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech and language therapy to students in grades K-6th
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Work collaboratively with educators, families, and support staff
  • Maintain thorough documentation of student progress and communication needs
  • Adapt to a dynamic, growing caseload and support student achievement throughout the school year
