A full-time contract opportunity is available for a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) holding a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC), perfect for those who thrive on making positive impact and enjoy working within schools.

This position covers a spring maternity leave beginning April 5 and extending through the end of the academic year, supporting students in a dynamic and collaborative setting. If you’re an in-person SLP seeking a flexible schedule, there is an option to work just four days per week. There’s also the possibility to start earlier for interested candidates.

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Active SLP license in good standing
  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) required
  • Prior school-based speech therapy experience preferred
  • Strong teamwork, communication, and organizational skills
  • Comfortable working directly with elementary-aged students

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and diagnose students’ communication challenges
  • Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to support student success
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and families to foster student growth
  • Maintain thorough documentation and progress monitoring in compliance with school guidelines
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive learning atmosphere
