Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Active state license as an SLP (or eligibility to obtain)
- Open to both CFs and CCC-SLPs
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach with students, staff, and families
- Previous experience in a school-based setting is a plus, but not required
Role Responsibilities:
- Assess and provide speech and language interventions for students across various grade levels
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Conduct evaluations and contribute to eligibility determinations
- Work closely with teachers, special education staff, and families to support student success
- Maintain detailed records and comply with all documentation requirements
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings
