Speech Language Pathologist in Milton, FL

This position offers flexibility, with three full-time openings for Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs), including maternity leave coverage and full school year roles, as well as one part-time slot. Whether you are a Clinical Fellow (CF) or hold your Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC), your expertise and passion for empowering students will be highly valued.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure
• CFs and CCCs encouraged to apply
• Previous experience in a school setting a plus, though not required
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech, language, and communication needs
• Provide direct therapy services, both individually and in small groups, in accordance with IEP goals
• Collaborate closely with general and special education teachers, school staff, and families to ensure student growth
• Document progress and maintain timely, accurate records in compliance with district and state guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to a positive, inclusive learning environment
