A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available for the 2026-2027 school year in Milton, FL. This role involves working within an elementary school setting, supporting approximately 45 students with diverse speech and language needs. The position requires on-site presence and offers a structured contract from August 12, 2026, through May 25, 2027.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive speech-language pathology services to elementary students
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other education professionals to support student progress
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services and student progress
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the multidisciplinary approach to student care

Qualifications:

  • Current and active Speech-Language Pathologist licensure and certifications
  • Certification of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) required
  • Experience working in school settings preferred
  • Ability to manage a caseload of approximately 45 students
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • IVP fingerprint card not required for this position

Location and Schedule:

  • Position located in Milton, FL, within an elementary school in the Pensacola area
  • Full-time role, 37.5 hours per week (7.5 hours daily)
  • Contract position for the 2026-2027 academic year
