Desired Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
  • State licensure (or ability to obtain prior to start date)
  • Experience or interest in working with pediatric populations, particularly K-12th grade
  • Knowledge of IEP processes, assessment, and intervention for speech and language disorders
  • Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct speech and language services to students with diverse needs in individual and group settings
  • Conduct evaluations, develop and implement IEP goals, and maintain thorough documentation
  • Collaborate closely with educators, families, and multi-disciplinary teams to support student success
  • Supervise and consult with SLPA team members to maximize support for students
  • Participate in professional development and contribute to a positive school climate
