Qualifications and Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred; strong CFY candidates are welcome
• School-based or pediatric experience is desirable
• Solid understanding of IEP processes and documentation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Flexibility and strong organizational abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
• Conduct screening and evaluations as needed
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student’s needs
• Collaborate closely with classroom teachers, school staff, and families to support student progress
• Attend and contribute to IEP meetings and maintain accurate documentation in compliance with regulations
• Monitor student progress, communicate results, and adjust treatment plans as necessary
• Educate and support staff and parents on speech and language development and strategies
