A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is needed to provide coverage for a maternity leave in a K-12 school setting from February through May 2026. This contract position is located in Racine, WI, serving a diverse caseload of students ranging from kindergarten through 12th grade.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive speech-language services to students across all grade levels.
- Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's needs.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student communication development.
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with school and state guidelines.
- Participate actively in team meetings and professional development opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Possession of a valid Wisconsin license as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP).
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to student-centered therapy.
- Candidates with a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) and school-based experience are highly preferred.
- Open to recommending exceptional SLP Clinical Fellows (CFs) for consideration.
- Must be able to work onsite for the duration of the contract.
