This rewarding position focuses on helping students overcome articulation and language challenges, as well as supporting a few students on the spectrum. Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid state license or eligibility for licensure as an SLP
• Experience in a school-based environment is highly preferred
• Skilled in working with articulation and language disorders
• Familiarity with supporting children on the autism spectrum
• Ability to manage caseload across early childhood to middle school ages (4K-8th grade)
• Exceptional communication, organization, and collaboration skills
• Bilingual abilities are a strong plus

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy to students in individual and group settings
• Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized education programs (IEPs) tailored to student needs
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to maximize student success and integrate therapy into educational programming
• Maintain accurate documentation and timely completion of all required reports
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student evaluation and progress monitoring
• Support students’ growth and communication both in and out of the classroom setting
