Ideal Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Active SLP licensure in Wisconsin (or eligibility to obtain)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong CFY considered
• Prior experience in a K-12 school setting or with pediatric populations is strongly valued
• Solid interpersonal skills to connect with students, educators, and families
• Ability to manage a diverse caseload and adapt interventions as needed

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders
• Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and maintain accurate documentation
• Provide direct therapy services tailored to students’ IEP goals
• Consult with teachers, support staff, and parents to ensure holistic student support
• Engage in IEP meetings and team conferences as a subject matter expert
• Foster a positive, inclusive atmosphere to promote student growth and participation
