Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active state SLP license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year candidates considered
  • Prior experience in school settings or with pediatric populations preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities for effective collaboration
  • Proficiency in IEP development, progress monitoring, and report writing
  • Ability to manage a caseload with professionalism, organization, and enthusiasm

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in students in accordance with IEPs
  • Develop and implement personalized therapy plans tailored to individual student needs
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation for evaluations, progress reports, and compliance
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to foster a supportive learning environment
  • Participate in IEP meetings, providing clear recommendations and updates on student progress
  • Deliver therapy through both individual and group sessions, adapting approaches for diverse learning styles
