Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active state SLP license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year candidates considered
- Prior experience in school settings or with pediatric populations preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities for effective collaboration
- Proficiency in IEP development, progress monitoring, and report writing
- Ability to manage a caseload with professionalism, organization, and enthusiasm
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in students in accordance with IEPs
- Develop and implement personalized therapy plans tailored to individual student needs
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation for evaluations, progress reports, and compliance
- Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to foster a supportive learning environment
- Participate in IEP meetings, providing clear recommendations and updates on student progress
- Deliver therapy through both individual and group sessions, adapting approaches for diverse learning styles
