In this full-time position, you’ll support around 30 students, targeting a range of needs including articulation, receptive and expressive language, and supporting a few students on the spectrum. Serving grades 4K to 8th, you’ll collaborate closely with educators and families, drawing on your strengths and learning from diverse approaches that will elevate your skillset. Bilingual skills are an advantage and highly valued!
What You’ll Bring:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and appropriate licensure
- Experience in a school setting, especially with articulation and language disorders
- Comfort working with children on the autism spectrum
- Openness to working with culturally and linguistically diverse students (bilingual a plus)
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
Your Core Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct SLP services to a caseload of approximately 30 students (grades 4K–8)
- Conduct evaluations and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Monitor student progress and maintain accurate records
- Contribute to a supportive, engaging school environment
