This contract opportunity is open to Speech-Language Pathologists who hold an active State of Minnesota SLP license and either possess a Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) or are currently in their Clinical Fellowship Year (SLP-CF). Candidates will have the ability to tailor their caseload preference, performing evaluations, participating in IEP meetings, and conducting student assessments. Full-time and part-time schedules are both available for the 2024/2025 academic year, with all work conducted onsite.
Desired Qualifications:
- U.S. work authorization (required)
- Active Minnesota SLP licensure
- SLP-CCC or eligible Clinical Fellow (CFY) status
- Previous experience in a school setting preferred, but not required
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and be flexible with caseloads
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy to students as determined by IEPs
- Conduct comprehensive speech/language evaluations and assessments
- Attend and actively participate in IEP meetings
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation and progress reports
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student goals
- Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current in best practices
