Qualifications & Experience:

  • U.S. work authorization is required
  • Active State of Minnesota SLP licensure
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) or eligibility within Clinical Fellowship Year (SLP-CF)
  • Familiarity with school-based speech-language assessment, IEP development, and service delivery
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Previous experience with pediatric or school-aged populations is beneficial

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct speech-language therapy to K-12 students in alignment with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments
  • Participate actively in IEP meetings, collaborating with educational teams and families
  • Administer standardized and informal testing to determine student needs
  • Maintain thorough therapy records and progress reports
  • Communicate goals and strategies to caregivers and teaching staff
