Qualifications & Experience:
- U.S. work authorization is required
- Active State of Minnesota SLP licensure
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) or eligibility within Clinical Fellowship Year (SLP-CF)
- Familiarity with school-based speech-language assessment, IEP development, and service delivery
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Previous experience with pediatric or school-aged populations is beneficial
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy to K-12 students in alignment with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments
- Participate actively in IEP meetings, collaborating with educational teams and families
- Administer standardized and informal testing to determine student needs
- Maintain thorough therapy records and progress reports
- Communicate goals and strategies to caregivers and teaching staff
