Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Minneapolis, MN

Qualifications:

• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competency (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for SLP Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
• Active or pending Minnesota SLP license
• Minimum two years of recent, school-based SLP or SLPA experience
• Comfortable working in virtual settings, with a personal computer, webcam, and reliable high-speed internet
• Ability to pass a technology screening and internet speed test
• Annual liability insurance policy (minimum $500K/$500K coverage)
• Background in pediatric and/or healthcare-based speech-language therapy strongly preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct remote assessments, diagnoses, and treatments for students with speech and language disorders
• Develop individualized treatment plans, set measurable goals, and document progress
• Deliver engaging, direct virtual therapy sessions and indirect services as needed
• Consult and collaborate regularly with educators and families to support student success
• Maintain compliance with all district and state documentation and reporting requirements
