Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competency (CCC) required
  • Active or pending Minnesota SLP License
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a school-based setting
  • Comfort with technology, plus access to a computer and webcam
  • Ability to pass a technical screening and internet speed assessment
  • Liability insurance with minimum $500K/$500K coverage annually
  • Experience with pediatric and school-based caseloads a plus
  • Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) SLPs and SLPA with school or healthcare backgrounds are encouraged to apply

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat speech and language disorders for students PreK-12
  • Develop and implement individualized plans tailored to students’ communication needs
  • Deliver direct virtual therapy and monitor progress towards IEP goals
  • Maintain regular communication with families, educators, and school staff
  • Accurately document evaluations, therapy sessions, and student progress
  • Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate on student support strategies
