Pediatric School-Based Speech Language Pathologist - Minneapolis, Minnesota

Step into a rewarding remote opportunity supporting students across Minnesota as a School-Based Speech Language Pathologist. In this contract role, you'll make a genuine impact by delivering virtual therapy and assessments to a diverse PreK-12th grade caseload. You'll evaluate and support students' communication skills, design individualized treatment plans, and collaborate closely with teachers and families through engaging teletherapy sessions. Flexible schedules are available, with both full-time and part-time options for the 24/25 school year.

What we’re seeking:

• Active (or pending) Minnesota SLP license
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competency (CCC)
• 2+ years of experience in a school-based setting
• Familiarity with teletherapy and proficiency with computers and webcams
• Ability to pass a technical screening and internet speed test
• Liability insurance with coverage of at least 500K/500K annually
• Experience with pediatric populations, including PreK-12th grades

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments, diagnoses, and interventions for students with speech and language needs
• Deliver individualized and group therapy sessions virtually
• Develop and monitor student progress toward individualized goals
• Partner with educators and families to support student growth and foster positive learning environments
• Maintain thorough documentation in accordance with school and professional standards
