We are seeking skilled Speech Language Pathologists and SLP Assistants to deliver essential support to PreK-12th grade learners through a virtual, school-based contract opportunity. What You Bring:
- Active (or pending) Minnesota SLP license
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competency (SLP-CCC) for SLP candidates
- Minimum of 2 years of school-based experience
- Proficiency in teletherapy platforms and technology (computer, webcam, internet connection)
- Readiness to pass technical screening and internet speed evaluation
- Annual liability insurance with minimum 500K/500K coverage
- Experience with pediatric and school-based caseloads; clinical fellows and assistants also considered
What You’ll Do:
- Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech and language disorders
- Provide therapy sessions remotely using interactive, approved platforms
- Monitor progress, document outcomes, and update plans in collaboration with educational teams
- Consult and communicate regularly with parents, teachers, and school staff to maximize student success
- Participate in virtual meetings, IEP reviews, and continued professional growth
