Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist in Minneapolis, MN

What You Bring:

• Active (or pending) Minnesota SLP license
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competency (SLP-CCC) for SLP candidates
• Minimum of 2 years of school-based experience
• Proficiency in teletherapy platforms and technology (computer, webcam, internet connection)
• Readiness to pass technical screening and internet speed evaluation
• Annual liability insurance with minimum 500K/500K coverage
• Experience with pediatric and school-based caseloads; clinical fellows and assistants also considered

What You’ll Do:

• Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech and language disorders
• Provide therapy sessions remotely using interactive, approved platforms
• Monitor progress, document outcomes, and update plans in collaboration with educational teams
• Consult and communicate regularly with parents, teachers, and school staff to maximize student success
• Participate in virtual meetings, IEP reviews, and continued professional growth
