Exciting opportunities await speech-language pathologists seeking to impact student lives in a vibrant school community near Minneapolis, MN. A local school is expanding its team and looking to directly hire two dedicated SLPs for the upcoming academic year. New staff orientation begins in mid-August, with formal duties commencing August 24, 2026. Each role offers a full-time schedule of 38.75 hours per week (including paid lunch time), ideal for those seeking a balanced work setting.

Two unique caseloads are available:

  • Grades 6 – 12, working with adolescents in a dynamic middle and high school environment.
  • A blend of elementary-aged learners and students (grades 6–12) enrolled in online programs, providing a varied, flexible experience.

Key qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active or eligible state licensure
  • ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
  • Experience or strong interest in school settings
  • Teletherapy experience a plus
  • Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills

Core responsibilities:

  • Provide tailored speech and language therapy to a caseload of 40–55 students
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Collaborate with general and special education teachers, parents, and support staff
  • Utilize teletherapy tools when appropriate
  • Track progress, maintain detailed records, and contribute to student evaluations
  • Support new initiatives and contribute to a team-oriented, student-focused environment
