Qualifications and Experience:
- Current or pending SLP-CCC, CFY, or SLPA credentials
- Background in school-based, pediatric, or healthcare settings preferred
- Proficiency with teletherapy a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- Creative problem-solving skills and adaptability
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in students
- Develop and implement tailored Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Provide engaging therapy sessions onsite or via telehealth platforms
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to maximize student progress
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation in compliance with state and federal guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to ongoing student goal setting
