Qualifications and Experience:

  • Current or pending SLP-CCC, CFY, or SLPA credentials
  • Background in school-based, pediatric, or healthcare settings preferred
  • Proficiency with teletherapy a plus
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Creative problem-solving skills and adaptability
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in students
  • Develop and implement tailored Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Provide engaging therapy sessions onsite or via telehealth platforms
  • Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to maximize student progress
  • Maintain thorough and timely documentation in compliance with state and federal guidelines
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to ongoing student goal setting
