Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist - Minneapolis, Minnesota

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid state licensure as an SLP or eligibility to obtain
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, but Clinical Fellow Year (CFY) applicants are encouraged and supported
• Previous experience in educational, pediatric, or healthcare settings is highly desirable
• Strong collaborative mindset for working with teachers, administrators, and families
• Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for students from diverse backgrounds
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in accordance with state and federal regulations
• Deliver evidence-based therapy sessions tailored to each student’s needs, including articulation, language, fluency, and social communication
• Collaborate with educators, special education teams, and families to ensure students receive holistic support
• Participate in IEP meetings, student evaluations, and progress monitoring
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services, data collection, and professional reports
