Key Qualifications:

• Valid Minnesota SLP License
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
• School-based SLP experience preferred

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments, interpreting data to create targeted, individualized education programs (IEPs)
• Deliver direct therapy services individually and in group settings to students across various grade levels
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with state and district requirements
• Collaborate with general and special education staff, families, and support personnel to develop effective support strategies
• Participate in IEP meetings, providing expertise to guide decisions for student success
• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current in best practices for school-based SLPs
