Key Qualifications:
- Valid Minnesota SLP License
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
- School-based SLP experience preferred

Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments, interpreting data to create targeted, individualized education programs (IEPs)
- Deliver direct therapy services individually and in group settings to students across various grade levels
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with state and district requirements
- Collaborate with general and special education staff, families, and support personnel to develop effective support strategies
- Participate in IEP meetings, providing expertise to guide decisions for student success
- Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current in best practices for school-based SLPs
