Desired Skills and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Holds current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Valid or eligible state licensure for speech-language pathology practice in Minnesota
- Previous experience in a K-12 setting preferred
- Ability to work onsite and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Strong organizational, communication, and documentation abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech and language needs
- Deliver direct therapy services according to IEP goals
- Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed
- Provide consultation to teachers and families to support student achievement
- Maintain accurate, timely reports and documentation
- Participate in IEP meetings and professional development as required
