School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Minneapolis, Minnesota

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Holds current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Valid or eligible state licensure for speech-language pathology practice in Minnesota
• Previous experience in a K-12 setting preferred
• Ability to work onsite and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Strong organizational, communication, and documentation abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech and language needs
• Deliver direct therapy services according to IEP goals
• Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed
• Provide consultation to teachers and families to support student achievement
• Maintain accurate, timely reports and documentation
• Participate in IEP meetings and professional development as required
