Take your Speech-Language Pathology expertise to an inspiring high school and secondary transition setting! This contract opportunity, located just outside of Minneapolis, MN, seeks a dedicated professional skilled in providing speech and language services to adolescents and young adults. The assignment begins August 24, 2026, and extends through June 7, 2027, offering 37.5 to 40 hours per week in a supportive educational environment.
Your specialized background—whether you hold your CCC or are completing your Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)—will make a meaningful impact with a diverse caseload of approximately 50 students. Help students build confidence in their communication, social skills, and academic performance during this rewarding academic year.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA, or current CFY status
- Experience with secondary, high school, or transition-aged students preferred
- Strong organizational, collaboration, and communication abilities
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and consultative SLP services to students on your caseload
- Conduct screenings, evaluations, and individualized education plan (IEP) development
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, educators, and families for student success
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
- Foster an inclusive, supportive environment where students can thrive
