Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Minneapolis, MN

Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP in Minnesota
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcomed
• Previous experience working within schools or a strong desire to support school-aged children
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to effectively manage a diverse caseload

Responsibilities Will Include:

• Conducting assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and delivering speech-language services to students in accordance with IEPs
• Collaborating with teachers, staff, and families to support student outcomes
• Maintaining accurate documentation and progress reports
• Participating in IEP meetings and school-based teams
• Providing training and support to staff regarding speech-language development
• Adapting interventions and materials to meet student needs
