In this flexible .2 FTE role, you'll devote just 8 hours each week—spread across two half days—to supporting a small caseload of 8-10 students. Qualifications:

  • Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong CFYs encouraged to apply
  • Previous experience in a school setting is highly valued
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate with educators, families, and students
  • Ability to develop individualized treatment plans and deliver engaging, evidence-based interventions

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech and language therapy to a dedicated caseload of 8-10 students across two half days each week
  • Conduct screenings and ongoing assessments to help identify students' needs and measure progress
  • Develop, implement, and regularly update individualized education plans (IEPs) in compliance with school and state requirements
  • Document sessions, progress, and maintain open communication with the multidisciplinary team and families
  • Participate in meetings and help support students’ academic and social development through collaborative strategies
