You’ll work with a collaborative team dedicated to shaping positive academic and social outcomes for students from kindergarten through eighth grade. This assignment, conveniently located near Minneapolis, MN, runs from September 2, 2026, to June 4, 2027. Enjoy a three-day workweek within the hours of 8:15 AM to 3:00 PM, allowing for genuine work-life balance.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
  • Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) essential
  • Valid state SLP licensure (or ability to obtain prior to start date)
  • Previous experience in a pediatric or school-based setting preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to foster relationships with students, staff, and families
  • Ability to design and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate students with diverse speech and language needs across grades K–8
  • Develop and implement targeted therapy plans based on student assessments
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to promote student success
  • Participate in IEP meetings, providing expert recommendations and progress updates
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with educational and district standards
  • Engage in ongoing professional development and school events as needed
