Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current and valid SLP license for the state of Minnesota
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA (for CCC-designated role)
  • Previous experience in a school setting is preferred, though motivated new graduates are welcome to apply
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, parents, and other specialists
  • Familiarity with IEP development and implementation

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and screenings to identify students’ speech, language, and communication needs
  • Develop and implement effective and individualized treatment plans
  • Provide direct therapy services to a diverse K-12 student caseload
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to support student success
  • Participate in IEP meetings and document progress towards therapy goals
  • Foster an inclusive, positive, and supportive learning environment for all students
