Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current and valid SLP license for the state of Minnesota
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA (for CCC-designated role)
- Previous experience in a school setting is preferred, though motivated new graduates are welcome to apply
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, parents, and other specialists
- Familiarity with IEP development and implementation
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and screenings to identify students’ speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop and implement effective and individualized treatment plans
- Provide direct therapy services to a diverse K-12 student caseload
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to support student success
- Participate in IEP meetings and document progress towards therapy goals
- Foster an inclusive, positive, and supportive learning environment for all students
