Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active SLP-CCC certification
- Experience in school-based settings preferred
- Strong understanding of working with ESCE and K-5 caseloads
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Ability to collaborate with educators and parents in a multidisciplinary team
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech-language therapy services to students in ESCE (.7) and K-5 (.3) caseloads
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Monitor student progress and update documentation regularly
- Engage in consultation and collaboration with teachers, support staff, and families
- Maintain compliance with all state and federal regulations for school-based speech therapy
