School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Minneapolis, Minnesota

This contract-based opportunity offers a dedicated schedule of 0.8 FTE (32 hours per week across four days), allowing you to maintain a healthy work-life balance while supporting children with diverse communication needs. The position is available immediately and will extend through the end of the 2026-2027 school year.

Required Qualifications:

• Active Minnesota Speech-Language Pathologist License and relevant professional certification
• Completion of Clinical Fellowship (SLP - CCC)
• Previous experience in a school-based setting is highly preferred
• Experience working with students with multiple disabilities is an asset
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and consultative speech and language therapy services to Early Childhood Special Education (ECSE) students
• Conduct thorough evaluations, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and provide ongoing progress monitoring
• Partner with families, teachers, and other professionals to facilitate student growth and success
• Maintain thorough documentation and ensure compliance with district, state, and federal guidelines
• Participate in eligibility meetings, IEP teams, and multidisciplinary problem-solving as needed
