Speech Language Pathologist in Minneapolis, MN

Your role will be focused on providing speech and language services to elementary-aged students, working collaboratively with a supportive team of dedicated educators. Whether you hold your CCC or are in your Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY), your expertise and enthusiasm will be key in helping students overcome communication challenges and thrive academically and socially.

Key Qualifications:

• Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (or eligibility to obtain)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or eligible Clinical Fellow (CF)
• Strong understanding of elementary-level language and speech development
• Experience in a school-based setting is preferred, but not required
• Ability to develop and implement IEPs and maintain thorough documentation

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for speech, language, and communication disorders
• Develop individualized interventions aligned with student IEP goals
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student outcomes
• Track and report on progress, maintaining compliance with school and regulatory requirements
• Create a positive, motivating environment for students
