Qualifications and Skills Sought:

  • Active or eligible state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology or SLPA certification
  • Experience in school-based or pediatric healthcare settings preferred
  • Ability to conduct assessments, develop IEP goals, and implement treatment plans
  • Familiarity with teletherapy service delivery is a plus
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
  • Team-oriented with adaptability to different school environments
  • New grads (CFY) and seasoned professionals are both encouraged to apply

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct and indirect speech and language services to students
  • Assess and evaluate student needs to establish individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Develop, maintain, and update IEPs in accordance with school and state requirements
  • Utilize a variety of methods, including in-person and virtual therapy, when applicable
  • Track student progress and adjust interventions for optimal student outcomes
  • Participate in school meetings and contribute to a positive learning atmosphere
