Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Previous school-based experience is a plus, but new graduates are encouraged to apply
• Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills
• Familiarity with IEP processes and student documentation requirements

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students with speech & language disorders
• Participate actively in IEP meetings and collaborate closely with educators, parents, and other support staff
• Provide direct therapeutic intervention individually and in small groups
• Maintain accurate and timely records in accordance with school and state guidelines
• Monitor and report on student progress, making data-driven adjustments as needed
