Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Valid state licensure (or eligibility for licensure) as an SLP
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) strongly preferred; supervised CFY applicants considered
• Previous experience in school settings is an advantage
• Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
• Collaborative approach and ability to build rapport with students, families, and staff

Responsibilities:

• Conduct screenings and comprehensive speech-language assessments
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student
• Provide direct therapy services for students in both individual and group settings
• Consult with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams regarding student progress and strategies for support
• Document and report on student achievements according to school and regulatory guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings, contributing as a knowledgeable team member
• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices
