Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Current state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferred; strong CFY candidates considered
• Experience providing speech and language services in school or pediatric settings
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for working with students, educators, and families
• Ability to organize caseloads, complete timely documentation, and manage diverse student needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and diagnose speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders among students
• Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) and therapy plans
• Deliver one-on-one and group speech-language therapy services in accordance with student needs
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and family members to support student goals
• Maintain comprehensive records, document progress, and participate in IEP meetings
• Offer strategies and training to educators and families to encourage communication growth in all environments
