Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Full-Time | School-Based

We are actively hiring a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time, school-based opportunity serving a secondary/high school and transition population. This role is ideal for an SLP who is passionate about helping students develop communication skills that support independence, employment, and real-world success. Position Highlights

• Full-time: 37.5–40 hours/week
• School-year schedule
• Caseload: Approximately 50 students
• Student population: High school + transition-aged learners

Key Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language therapy services (individual & group)
• Conduct evaluations and write comprehensive reports
• Develop and implement IEPs
• Track student progress and maintain required documentation
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active state licensure and/or school certification
• School-based or pediatric experience preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
