Now Hiring: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP/CFY) – near Minneapolis, MN

Soliant is actively seeking a School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a school district near Minneapolis, MN, for the 2026–2027 school year. This school-based SLP contract position offers the opportunity to work with a K–12 student caseload, providing speech and language therapy services that support students' communication skills and academic success.

We welcome applications from experienced CCC-SLPs and Clinical Fellows (CFY) looking to begin or advance their careers in school-based speech therapy.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services to K–12 students.
• Conduct speech and language evaluations, assessments, and screenings.
• Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
• Track student progress, maintain documentation, and adjust therapy goals as needed.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, special education staff, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Ensure compliance with school district policies and state and federal special education guidelines.

Job Requirements

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders.
• Active MN SLP license or eligibility for state licensure.
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for a Clinical Fellowship (CFY).
• Previous school-based or pediatric speech therapy experience preferred but not required.
