Desired Skills & Qualifications:
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competency (CCC) for SLPs
- Active or pending Minnesota SLP license
- Open to SLP, SLP-CFY, SLP-CCC, SLPA candidates with pediatric or school-based experience
- At least 2 years of previous school-based experience
- Strong knowledge of teletherapy best practices and readiness for a virtual work setting
- Computer, webcam, and reliable internet (must pass technical screening and speed test)
- Annual liability insurance coverage of 500K/500K
Role Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for PreK-12th grade students with speech/language challenges
- Design and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Conduct both direct and indirect therapy sessions virtually
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff
- Document progress and contribute to student goal achievement
