Key Qualifications:
- Active or pending Minnesota SLP license
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competency (CCC)
- Minimum 2 years of previous school-based experience
- Comfort with teletherapy, computer proficiency (webcam, basic tech), and the ability to pass a technical screening and internet speed test
- Liability insurance (minimum 500K/500K annual coverage)
- Experience with PreK–12 caseloads strongly preferred
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose communication disorders in school-age populations
- Design and deliver individualized therapeutic interventions
- Collaborate effectively with educators, parents, and virtual advisory teams
- Monitor and report on student progress toward communication goals
- Maintain compliance with school district requirements and best practices in teletherapy
