Desired Skills & Qualifications:

• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competency (CCC) for SLPs
• Active or pending Minnesota SLP license
• Open to SLP, SLP-CFY, SLP-CCC, SLPA candidates with pediatric or school-based experience
• At least 2 years of previous school-based experience
• Strong knowledge of teletherapy best practices and readiness for a virtual work setting
• Computer, webcam, and reliable internet (must pass technical screening and speed test)
• Annual liability insurance coverage of 500K/500K

Role Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for PreK-12th grade students with speech/language challenges
• Design and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Conduct both direct and indirect therapy sessions virtually
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff
• Document progress and contribute to student goal achievement
