Key Qualifications:

• Active or pending Minnesota SLP license
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competency (CCC)
• Minimum 2 years of previous school-based experience
• Comfort with teletherapy, computer proficiency (webcam, basic tech), and the ability to pass a technical screening and internet speed test
• Liability insurance (minimum 500K/500K annual coverage)
• Experience with PreK–12 caseloads strongly preferred

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assess and diagnose communication disorders in school-age populations
• Design and deliver individualized therapeutic interventions
• Collaborate effectively with educators, parents, and virtual advisory teams
• Monitor and report on student progress toward communication goals
• Maintain compliance with school district requirements and best practices in teletherapy
