Desired Experience & Qualifications:

  • Master's degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Appropriate state licensure or willingness to obtain (MN)
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility (CFY considered)
  • Experience with pediatric, school-based, or healthcare SLP services
  • Familiarity with teletherapy platforms a plus
  • SLPA (Speech-Language Pathology Assistant) candidates encouraged to apply
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in K-12 students
  • Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and monitor student progress
  • Provide therapy via in-person or teletherapy platforms
  • Collaborate with educators, counselors, and families to support student outcomes
  • Maintain organized and confidential records in compliance with state and federal guidelines
