Qualifications & Skills:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current (or eligible) Minnesota SLP licensure
  • Credentials as SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY
  • Experience or strong interest in school-based practice
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
  • Flexibility to adapt to varied caseloads and school cultures

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct speech-language therapy to students in K–12 settings
  • Assess, diagnose, and develop effective treatment plans for speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
  • Maintain detailed documentation and participate in IEP meetings
  • Foster a supportive, inclusive learning environment
