Embark on an exciting opportunity supporting K-12 students as a Speech-Language Pathologist in a vibrant learning environment near Mishawaka, IN. This contract position spans the full school year, running from August 10, 2026, through May 28, 2027, and offers a consistent schedule of 35 hours per week. You'll play a vital role in nurturing communication skills and academic success among students, collaborating with dedicated educators and making a meaningful difference every day.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid licensure as an SLP in Indiana (or eligibility to obtain licensure)
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, though strong Clinical Fellows will be considered
  • Experience working with students across K-12 settings beneficial
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
  • Comfort developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for students with a range of speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Develop individualized treatment plans and document student progress
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, school staff, and families to support learning goals
  • Participate in IEP meetings, eligibility conferences, and multidisciplinary team discussions
  • Utilize evidence-based interventions and regularly monitor student outcomes
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive atmosphere that encourages student growth
