Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current Montana SLP licensure, or eligibility to obtain.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong CFY applicants are welcome.
• School-based SLP background or pediatric experience highly valued.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication needs of diverse K–12 students.
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with educators and families.
• Deliver direct therapy, and provide consultative support to staff.
• Oversee progress, maintain records, and participate in school meetings.
• Adapt resources and interventions for virtual and in-person delivery as needed.
