Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Current Montana SLP licensure, or eligibility to obtain.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong CFY applicants are welcome.
- School-based SLP background or pediatric experience highly valued.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication needs of diverse K–12 students.
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with educators and families.
- Deliver direct therapy, and provide consultative support to staff.
- Oversee progress, maintain records, and participate in school meetings.
- Adapt resources and interventions for virtual and in-person delivery as needed.
