School-Based Speech Language Pathologist - Missouri City, Texas

Step into an engaging contract opportunity as a Speech-Language Pathologist serving students in middle or high school settings on the southwest side of the Houston area. You'll be part of a collaborative school-based team, working on-site to support students' communication needs throughout the academic year. What you’ll bring:

• Active Texas SLP licensure and current Florida SLP licensure
• Eligibility to work on-site, including completion of district fingerprinting requirements
• Flexibility to perform the full range of SLP duties—including direct therapy, assessments, ARD meetings, and testing—or preference to supervise only, if desired
• Passion for serving adolescent learners in grades 6-8 or 10-12
• Strong documentation and communication skills

What you’ll be doing:

• Manage a caseload of 50-60 students, selected from middle or high school based on your preference
• Deliver comprehensive speech and language services: evaluations, therapy sessions, progress tracking, and participation in ARDs
• Conduct/oversee speech-language assessments as needed
• Supervise SLP Assistants or Clinical Fellows (if applicable)
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to support students’ educational goals
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate documentation
