Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Missouri City, TX

You’ll be part of a supportive team, collaborating closely with educators and administrators to provide a full scope of SLP responsibilities. From conducting therapy and assessments to participating in ARDs and supporting IEPs, your skills will make a substantial difference in student progress and school outcomes. The caseload typically ranges between 50–60 students, allowing you to foster meaningful therapeutic relationships and make a lasting impact.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active Texas SLP license; Florida license if applicable (please include an image of your license with your application)
• Experience with ARD meetings, evaluations, and direct therapy in a school setting
• Knowledge of middle and high school developmental needs
• Comfortable working onsite and collaborating with multiple campuses as assigned
• Must complete or have valid fingerprinting for school district credentialing

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat communication and language disorders
• Develop and implement IEPs in partnership with school teams

• Deliver both individual and group therapy
