Key Qualifications:
- Active Texas FL SLP licensure (include image of license with submission)
- Prior experience in a K–12 school setting preferred
- Comfortable with a caseload of 50–60 students; age groups adapted to your expertise
- Able to perform the full scope of SLP services: therapy, ARDs, testing, documentation, and collaboration with school teams
- Will also consider applicants interested in supervision-only roles
- Fingerprinting required as part of onboarding (existing prints may be accepted)
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills crucial for partnering with school personnel and families
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and consultative SLP services to assigned students
- Ensure accurate completion of evaluations, progress reports, and IEP documentation
- Participate actively in ARD meetings and multidisciplinary teams
- Provide supervision (if preferred and as needed)
- Foster inclusive, communicative learning environments tailored to student needs
