Speech Language Pathologist in Missouri City, TX

This full-time, on-site Speech-Language Pathologist contract position is designed to offer meaningful clinical experience while supporting middle or high school students in their academic and social growth. Ideal candidates are comfortable performing the full range of SLP responsibilities—including direct therapy, ARD meetings, and evaluations—but those with a focus on supervision are also encouraged to apply. Clinical Fellows (CFYs) seeking valuable school-based experience are welcome.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Active Speech-Language Pathology license in Texas and Florida (required; attach image of licensure)
• Open to experienced SLPs and Clinical Fellow Year (CFY) candidates
• Ability to provide comprehensive speech and language services (therapy, testing, ARDs)
• Flexibility to work with either middle or high school students, depending on preference
• Must complete fingerprinting for district credentialing (pre-existing prints may be accepted)
• High level of professionalism, teamwork, and communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of 50–60 students, providing assessment, intervention, and documentation
• Deliver therapy and/or ARD-related tasks as outlined in IEPs
• Collaborate with faculty, families, and other service providers to promote student success
• Supervise and mentor, if focusing on supervision role
