What You’ll Need:
- Current Speech Language Pathologist (CCC) certification
- Registration with the State Board of Speech Examiners (proof of licensure required)
- Experience with school-aged pediatric populations, especially K-5
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with teachers, families, and school staff
- Ability to provide services both in-person and virtually (VOCO)
- Discipline and flexibility to manage a caseload across multiple school sites
Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive speech and language therapy services to K-5 students
- Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized plans for students with diverse communication needs
- Maintain ongoing documentation and progress reports per school and district policies
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support each child’s overall educational plan
- Serve three assigned elementary schools in a 35-hour weekly schedule
- Engage students effectively both onsite and through VOCO platforms
