Qualifications & Experience
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship (CFY) eligibility
- Active state licensure (or ability to obtain prior to starting)
- Experience in school settings preferred
- Skilled in case management, IEP documentation, and assessment
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct speech and language screenings, assessments, and diagnostics
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Support and document IEP goals, collaborating with teachers, parents, and staff
- Deliver direct and consultative services, including both individual and group therapy
- Monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed
- Maintain timely records and communicate effectively with all stakeholders
