Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current, valid state SLP licensure or eligibility
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; strong CFY candidates may be considered
  • Previous experience working with school-aged children highly desirable
  • Knowledge of IEP processes and progress monitoring
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct and indirect speech and language therapy services to students, both individually and in groups
  • Administer assessments and screenings to determine student needs and eligibility for services
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
  • Document student progress and maintain up-to-date records
  • Consult with teachers, families, and staff to support student communication in the classroom
  • Contribute to team meetings and participate in ongoing professional development
