Qualified candidates will possess:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid state licensure or eligibility as an SLP
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong Clinical Fellows are welcome to apply
• Previous experience working with school-aged children, ideally in an educational setting
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills

Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
• Developing and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to each student’s needs
• Providing direct and indirect therapy services to students with a variety of speech and language disorders
• Collaborating with teachers, support staff, and families to promote student success
• Keeping accurate, timely documentation and reporting progress
• Participating in IEP meetings, professional development opportunities, and school-based multidisciplinary teams
