Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current, valid state SLP licensure or eligibility
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; strong CFY candidates may be considered
- Previous experience working with school-aged children highly desirable
- Knowledge of IEP processes and progress monitoring
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and indirect speech and language therapy services to students, both individually and in groups
- Administer assessments and screenings to determine student needs and eligibility for services
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Document student progress and maintain up-to-date records
- Consult with teachers, families, and staff to support student communication in the classroom
- Contribute to team meetings and participate in ongoing professional development
