Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active SLP licensure in North Carolina
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
- Experience supporting pediatric populations in educational settings strongly preferred
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities

Role responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services to a range of students
- Collaborate with classroom teachers, special education staff, and family members to monitor progress and adapt strategies
- Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings, contributing expertise to ensure optimal student outcomes
- Maintain detailed service records and progress reports in compliance with district and state regulations
- Serve as an advocate for students’ communication needs, promoting awareness and education within the school community
