Desired Qualifications:

  • Current, valid Speech-Language Pathologist license (state-issued) and ASHA certification (CCC-SLP or CFY considered)
  • Previous experience in a school-based SLP role preferred, but not required
  • Proficiency in developing and executing Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals
  • Strong communication, documentation, and organizational abilities
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and develop intervention plans for students with speech, language, or communication needs
  • Provide direct and consultative therapy services tailored to student IEPs and educational plans
  • Regularly monitor and report on student progress, maintaining thorough records
  • Participate in IEP meetings, contributing to goal-setting and service recommendations
  • Engage with teachers and families to foster supportive learning environments
