Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Active SLP certification and state licensure required
• Previous experience in school-based or pediatric settings highly preferred

• Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
• Demonstrated commitment to evidence-based practice and ongoing professional development

Primary Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and assess students to identify speech, language, and communication challenges
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on IEP goals
• Deliver direct and consultative speech therapy services in accordance with program standards
• Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and other specialists to maximize student outcomes
• Maintain detailed records, progress notes, and participate in IEP meetings
• Adapt strategies and materials to meet diverse learning needs and cultural backgrounds
