Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC)
• California licensure (or eligibility to obtain) as an SLP
• Experience with school-based caseloads, especially PreK-6th grade
• Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
• Compassionate approach and commitment to student success

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders for students in PreK-6th grade
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with regulations
• Participate in IEP meetings, contribute expert recommendations, and track goals
• Provide direct therapy and consultation services as needed across varying student needs
• Educate staff and families on speech-language concerns and interventions
