Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
• California state licensure (or eligibility) for Speech-Language Pathology
• Experience or enthusiasm for working with PreK–6th grade students
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to identify students’ speech, language, and communication needs
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each learner
• Provide direct and consultative speech-language therapy services
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
• Maintain detailed documentation and progress reports according to state and district guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings, team conferences, and ongoing professional development
