Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid SLP-CCC certification
- California state licensure (or eligibility)
- Previous experience in a school setting preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to adapt strategies for diverse student needs
- Comfortable working with PreK to 6th grade caseload
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and evaluations
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide direct therapy services to students
- Document progress and maintain thorough records
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Offer guidance and resources to teachers and families
