Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid SLP-CCC certification
  • California state licensure (or eligibility)
  • Previous experience in a school setting preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to adapt strategies for diverse student needs
  • Comfortable working with PreK to 6th grade caseload

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and evaluations
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Provide direct therapy services to students
  • Document progress and maintain thorough records
  • Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
  • Offer guidance and resources to teachers and families
  • Foster a positive, inclusive learning environment
