Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- California state licensure (or eligibility) for Speech-Language Pathology
- Experience or enthusiasm for working with PreK–6th grade students
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to identify students’ speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each learner
- Provide direct and consultative speech-language therapy services
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
- Maintain detailed documentation and progress reports according to state and district guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings, team conferences, and ongoing professional development
