An established K-12 school in Modesto, CA is seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide vital support to students throughout the current school year. This full-time, on-site contract position offers an opportunity to work closely with a caseload of approximately 55 students, helping to improve their communication skills and academic success.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Valid Speech Language Pathologist Credential
  • Certification of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (SLP-CFY) eligibility
  • Experience working within K-12 educational settings preferred
  • Strong understanding of speech and language development in children
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with students, families, and school staff

Location:

  • Modesto, California
  • On-site position throughout the school year

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in a diverse student population
  • Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's needs
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support students’ overall educational goals
  • Maintain detailed and timely documentation of student progress and services provided
  • Participate in team meetings and professional development activities
