Ideal candidates bring expertise across speech and language interventions, whether holding the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or are Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) clinicians eager to expand their skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Current SLP license valid in California (or eligibility)
- SLP-CCC or SLP-CF status
- Experience or strong interest in working with elementary school students
- Ability to conduct assessments, develop and implement IEPs, and track student progress
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy to elementary students in individual and group settings
- Complete comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to maximize student progress
- Document services and progress in compliance with school and district requirements
- Contribute to IEP meetings, progress reporting, and program improvement initiatives
- Foster a positive and inclusive environment for students of varying backgrounds and abilities
