This flexible role is available for either full-time or part-time professionals and involves working across three elementary campuses in a vibrant community near Modesto, CA. Two positions are open for immediate start—perfect for both experienced SLPs and those in their Clinical Fellowship Year.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license (SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY considered)
  • Previous experience in a school-based setting preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to effectively collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Passion for supporting diverse learners and promoting student success

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and diagnose communication disorders in elementary-age students
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to address students’ speech and language needs
  • Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and required documentation
  • Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school staff and families
  • Provide direct therapy in individual and small group settings
  • Adapt and innovate therapy approaches to address unique challenges in multiple school sites
